Loria Healthcare Ltd are not a relevant commercial organisation as defined by section 54 (“Transparency in supply chains etc.”) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”), we would like to still provide the following statement;

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business activity.

Loria Healthcare Ltd confirms it:

  • complies with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015; and
  • does not engage in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4, of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the UK; and
  • includes in its contracts with its subcontractors and suppliers anti-slavery and human trafficking provisions

Loria Healthcare Ltd represents and warrants that:

  • neither Loria Healthcare nor any of its officers, employees or other persons associated with it:
  • have been convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking; and
  • having made reasonable enquiries, so far as it is aware has not been or is not the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking; and
  • represents warrants and undertakes that it conducts its business in a manner that is consistent with its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
